Shipping All orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Extra Shipping Charges $10 will apply to any Over Seas Destinations.
Orders usually ship 48 hours after processing and should arrive to you in 7 to 10 days. Delivery time depends entirely on your location and the carrier schedule.
Holiday Deliveries: Most carriers do not deliver on holidays.
Mail/Wire Frauds: All mail fraud attempts will be reported to the federal internet crime center, IC3.gov. All transactions record your physical IP address of your computer and such information will link any fraudulent transactions to your computer and service provider information.
NOTE: If the wrong delivery address is provided during the ordering process and the carrier is unable to deliver your order, it may result in additional charges being assessed by the carrier. These charges will be passed on to the customer.
Returns
We only offer exchange in case of manufacturer defect and must be made no later than 3 days from receipt confirmation. Returned items must be in the same condition as sent. Any Opened or Used items may not be returned. Returns must be pre-approved and any returned items without pre-approval will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping item(s) back to OneStopHats.com.
All non-damage related returns must:
- Include all original packaging
- Remain in new, "ready to sell" condition
Non-returnable Items: Due to the sensitivity of these products, all opened and used "non-returnable" items cannot be returned for ANY reason.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if they have not been shipped. If an order has already shipped it cannot be canceled.
